Express & Regular Delivery

Orders received are generally shipped within 24 hours with our Australia Post Parcel drop-off operating Monday to Friday at 10am.

Please be aware that some times, mistakes can be made with quantity and colour numbers in stock and therefore may impede an immediate post out of one or more of your purchased items.

We do however try our hardest to deliver all orders as quickly as possible and where something may be on backorder or unavailable, we will contact you and let you know.

Delivery is a Flat Rate of just $12.00 per order (Express) and $8.95 per order (Regular).

Orders over the amount of $100 are shipped FREE OF CHARGE via Australia Post Regular Service!

Australia Post Express + PO Box - 2-5 days

Faster than standard mail! With a tracking number.

Delivery can take between 2-5 business days, depending on your location.

Australia Post is a safe option if you don't wish for your parcel to be left if you are not home. Most parcels are redirected to your Local Post Office and a card left for you to collect at a later time.

Australia Post Express delivery is $12.00 flat rate per order.



Australia Post Regular Delivery - 3-10 days

A $8.95 Flat rate Regular delivery option on all orders!

This option gives a tracking number so it can be traced through its journey to you.

This delivery option can be sent to all addresses and is always a flat rate of $8.95 including tracking OR FREE for ALL orders over $100

Urgent Delivery

Our orders are usually sent and delivered super fast, however delays can happen at times with or without warning.

If you need your order urgently (within 2-3 days) and are relying on us to get it to you on time, please contact us before ordering or leave a comment on your order. We'll get in touch asap to confirm delivery details and the best option to ensure on time delivery, or to let you know of any known delays so other arrangements can be made. 

**Please note; We take no responsibility for parcels delivered outside our postage time guide or lost in transit with Australia Post. We take all care in getting your order packed and sent as soon as possible but once it leaves us, we can no longer guarantee the condition it arrives in or if it is lost during transit. We do however want you to receive your items in the condition that they left us so if you do have any issues, please contact us.

Please contact us if you think that your parcel is lost in transit or damaged and we will try to recover it or discuss options for any item that may have been damaged. We appreciate patience and a calm approach to dissolving any issues that may arise. We too are a busy working family x
